All sales of AeyTec e-gift cards are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, whether purchased online or through any of our service channels. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, refunded, or credited.
 
1.2 Digital Services
Payments made for consultation-based services offered by AeyTec are non-refundable. Once services have been scheduled, delivered, or any part of the engagement has begun (including but not limited to strategy sessions, analytics setup, campaign advice, or technical support), no refunds or cancellations will be granted.
 
By purchasing our digital services or gift cards, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no return / no refund policy.
